Abby Nafziger has been a faithful and impactful leader within the Crossroads family for over a decade. From nurturing young hearts as the Kids Ministry Director to ensuring every guest feels valued on our hospitality team, Abby’s dedication to this church shines through in everything she does.

Abby recently stepped into the role of Executive Director, bringing with her a wealth of professional expertise from her career as an EHR Training and Support Manager. In the healthcare world, she specialized in supporting those who care for others; now, she brings that same passion for leadership and organizational excellence to our church staff and management team. She is thrilled to use her gifts to help Crossroads grow, thrive, and remain a place where everyone feels embraced and valued.

Abby and Caleb have been married for 17 years and are raising four remarkable children: Quintin , Bennett, Rachel and AJ . Their home is a hub of love and laughter all centered around friends and hospitality.  Whether she’s streamlining church operations or encouraging her kids to discover their unique gifts, Abby’s life is a beautiful testament to love, partnership, and a calling to serve.
