Dack Floro is a resident of Napoleon Ohio and has attended Crossroads Church Napoleon since 2017. After a short time in the Navy, Dack and his Wife Jahnna desired a church they could call home. God brought them to Crossroads and they never questioned where they belong since. 

Dack is a healthcare administrator working for Mercy Health. He and his wife have been happily married since 2013 and have enjoyed building their life on the love of Jesus and raising their two kids Kaya and Jace. You can find Dack serving with his wife in the nursery, helping with the worship team, or at the
connection center ensuring new comers feel as welcome as he did when he first visited Crossroads Church. 

Dack enjoys playing with his kids, homesteading with his  family, and grabbing breakfast or lunch with friends when able. Dack believes strongly in the promise of Jesus when He said “I have come to give life and to give it abundantly”. This is why Dack serves in our church family. For people to come and
discover the abundant life Jesus has for them.
