Florin Damman is an account manager at McNaughton-McKay, an electrical distributor based in Defiance, Ohio, where he has worked for 25 years. He and his wife Brenda have been married for 38 years and have three children – Zachery, Taya, and Levi – who are all married with families of their own.

The Dammans cherish spending time with their grandchildren Hallie, Palmer, Hayes, Eliza, and Truett, often traveling to visit them and helping with house renovation projects during their visits. Florin enjoys woodworking with hand and power tools, as well as metal fabrication, welding, and long-distance cycling, especially mountain biking trips.

For 15 years, Florin coached 7th and 8th grade basketball at St. John Lutheran and also worked with the youth group there. He was involved in Bible studies and men’s groups at Crossroads Church in Wauseon and Napoleon, where he and Brenda have attended since around 2011. Florin is eager to join the elder board at Crossroads Napoleon to continue his discipleship journey and share the love of Jesus with other young men
