Lori Aeschliman

Lori Aeschliman, a native of Ridgeville, grew up on a dairy farm and was baptized at West Clinton Mennonite Church. Following graduation, she pursued her education at the Ohio State Barber College in Downtown Toledo. Establishing the Classic Style Salon in West Unity, Lori dedicated 12 years to owning and operating the salon.

In 1982, Lori married Andy Stuckey, with whom she had three children: Levi, Logan, and Audrey. Tragically, Andy passed away in a construction accident in 1996. The following year, Lori remarried Brian Aeschliman, welcoming their youngest daughter Brooke into the family a couple years later.

Since 1983, Lori has been actively involved in managing the family businesses, contributing her skills to clerical and general operations. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, furniture restoration, and decorating, as well as spending leisure time at their cabin in Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Michigan, with family.

Lori and Brian have ten grandchildren: Clark, Graham, Ellie, Quinn, Adelyn, Clara, Maeve, Lennon, Sylvie and another on the way.

Over the years, Lori has been engaged in various community activities, including serving as a youth leader, assisting with Bible school, mentoring young people, and preparing meals for church and youth events. Additionally, she contributed to set design at Ten Thousand Villages in Archbold, OH for a decade.

As members of Crossroads Napoleon for several years, Lori resonates deeply with the church’s mission statement, which focuses on helping the lost get found and the found to live free in Jesus.

As a management team at Crossroads Napoleon, Lori aims to leverage her management skills to support the church’s growth while promoting debt-free living, aligning with Christ’s mission of eternal salvation as expressed in John 3:16.
