Wes has been married to his wife, Lynne, since 1991. They have two daughters and two sons-in-law.   Carley & Zeb have two children and live in NW Ohio.  Natalie & Brandon live in Muncie, IN.  Wes joined the staff at Crossroads Church in Wauseon in 1995.  He and Lynne moved to Napoleon in 2008 to help start Crossroads Napoleon.  Wes has a counseling background and at one point spent time working in a private counseling practice.

Wes enjoys bow hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, and anything he can do with Lynne and the family.  He especially enjoys his time with grandchildren Piper and Tripp.  He also enjoys Cubs baseball and Illini sports.  Wes feels that his spiritual gifts include shepherding and discernment and is passionate about the local church and its ability to impact lives for Jesus.
