Marriage Matters, utilizing the Grace Marriage curriculum, is an exciting ministry at Crossroads designed to enrich, protect, and grow your marriage. Using Biblical, grace-based materials, you and your spouse will have dedicated time to talk, laugh, and explore ways to strengthen your relationship. This isn’t just another event; it’s an intentional commitment to grow closer to each other and to the Lord!
Whether you are newlyweds or have been married for decades, this is for you. If you’ve participated in the past, you’ll find fresh content to dive into; if you’re new, you can jump right in without missing a beat!
What is Marriage Matters?
Quarterly, we meet on Saturday mornings for intentional investment in our marriages. This is a proactive approach to re-focus on the positives in your relationship.
- It is NOT a lecture, counseling, or group therapy.
- It is NOT a seminar where you’ll be forced to share deep secrets with strangers.
- It IS a Biblically-based maintenance model that can revolutionize your marriage. Also… it’s really fun!
When and Where
Sessions are held on Saturdays at the Fellowship Hall from 8:30am – 12:30pm. Remaining dates for 2026 include:
- May 16, 2026
- August 22, 2026
- November 7, 2026
Breakfast and snacks are included! While we recommend attending all remaining sessions to get the most out of the year, you are welcome even if you have to miss one. Any married couple is welcome to attend!
The Experience
You will be seated at round tables with other couples, but the primary focus is on you and your spouse. Throughout the morning, you’ll have private time together to discuss the topics addressed. It’s an “extended date” designed to help you prioritize your marriage in a busy world.
Investment
- Cost: The investment for the year (including all materials, snacks, and remaining sessions) is $189 per couple. That’s less than $1 a day to invest in your lifelong partner.
- Scholarships: If finances are a barrier, scholarships are available to ensure every couple has the chance to participate. Reach out to us!
How to Sign Up
We’re already into the first quarter of the year, but it’s not too late! One of the reasons we chose the Grace Marriage curriculum is that any couple can jump in at any time and not miss a beat.
For 2026, all sign-ups and payments are handled directly through the Grace Marriage portal:
- One spouse should register initially to create an account.
- Once registered, you can invite your spouse to join the account.
- Please complete registration by May 2nd so we can ensure your journals arrive in time for our May 16th gathering!
